Community Outreach

Together we have the power to inspire change and uplift the youth. To nurture local talent and produce the next generation of South African wildlife filmmakers, a % of every student’s fee from the wildlife filmmaking course will go towards the sponsoring of a student from one of the local communities. The initiative will be supported by the Timbavati Foundation and Wild Shots Outreach. Local clothing brand, RuggedWear, will sponsor the local student’ entire bush apparel for the 6 weeks course.

Too Wild Community

The Too Wild Community is open to everyone; supporting wildlife enthusiasts, filmmakers and storytellers from around the world. We provide a platform for networking, sharing events and promoting, amplifying and celebrating wildlife filmmakers. Connect with like-minded people, introduce yourself and any gifts you may have to share. Our community includes:
